Surveyor Associate joined Rodgers & Associates in 2002, leverages 20 years as a Mechanical Engineer with supplemental diplomas in Marine Surveying, Marine Engineering and Small Craft Survey through the International Institute for Marine Surveyors, the National Sea Training Centre and Lloyds of London. Prior to joining Rodgers & Associates, his professional distinction included executive positions in Industry & Marine Defense Contracting for the U.S. Navy.
Captain Schultz also maintains a position of Vice President & Corporate Board member for a non-profit Community Sailing program managed in conjunction with U.S. Naval Post Graduate School and California State University – Monterey Bay. Mr. Schultz is a certified sailing instructor through the American Sailing Association and has enjoyed broad International charter experience.
