Captain Joseph W. Rodgers From 1978 to present professionally involved as a marine surveyor for international and domestic insurance companies, financial institutions, yacht brokers, law firms, corporations and individuals and insurance companies representing American and London Institute of Marine Underwriters. A history of completed assignments encompass surveyed vessels, both commercial and private, power and sail, of all sizes, types and construction, including yachts, passenger ferries, research crafts, cargo ships, commercial fishing boats and small tankers. Appointed by Geary Associates Marine Surveyors to the Underwriters at Lloyds of London providing surveys on cargo/ships/passenger ferries, charter fleets and private vessels. USCG Licenced MasterSenior Member NAMS, Certified Yacht Appraiser ASA, Member of ABYC, Certified "Ultra Sonic" N.D.T., Non-Destructive Testing Technician, Steel Ship Audio Gauge Technician. |

Captain Todd Schultz Surveyor Associate joined Rodgers & Associates in 2002, leverages 20 years as a Mechanical Engineer with supplemental diplomas in Marine Surveying, Marine Engineering and Small Craft Survey through the International Institute for Marine Surveyors, the National Sea Training Centre and Lloyds of London. Prior to joining Rodgers & Associates, his professional distinction included executive positions in Industry & Marine Defense Contracting for the U.S. Navy. Captain Schultz also maintains a position of Vice President & Corporate Board member for a non-profit Community Sailing program managed in conjunction with U.S. Naval Post Graduate School and California State University – Monterey Bay. Mr. Schultz is a certified sailing instructor through the American Sailing Association and has enjoyed broad International charter experience. |
